Sebastian Naranjo is a lawyer specialized in public law, infrastructure and public utilities. He has participated in structured projects for entities such as the National Planning Department (DNP), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Drinking Water Regulatory Commission (CRA) and the World Bank.

His practice focuses on the structuring of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects in the water, energy and road sectors, as well as regulatory and contractual advisory to operators and financiers in infrastructure project closings.

He has experience in project finance, infrastructure project financing, guarantee structuring and relations with multilateral institutions. He has supported the financial closing of renewable generation projects, regional water systems and road corridors.
