Daniel Puyo

Daniel Puyo is a lawyer and international negotiator specialized in corporate law, commercial contracts, project structuring and dispute resolution. He combines a strong international academic background with a practice focused on execution and results.

He acts as arbitrator and secretary of arbitration tribunals in commercial, corporate and contractual disputes, both domestic and in proceedings with international elements. His experience in dispute resolution allows him to anticipate litigation risks when structuring transactions.

He is a professor at Universidad EAFIT, where he teaches courses on international contracts and dispute resolution. He actively participates in academic forums in Colombia's legal and business sectors.
